Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for choosing Corona Digital Photo & Printing.

Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or ordering the wrong size, quantity, or design.

Custom Orders

Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, images, sizes, quantities, and other information before submitting your order. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Design Approval

If a proof is provided for approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the proof before production. Once the proof has been approved, we are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error during production, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Customer-Provided Information

We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect names, dates, addresses, images, phone numbers, or other information submitted by the customer.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues may be subject to the shipping carrier's policies. Please contact us if your package has not arrived or arrives damaged so we can assist you.
